I undertake to make every effort to ensure my child attends the class each week.

I undertake to ensure prompt payment and understand that in accordance with the regulations laid down by the incorporated Society of Musicians, refunds cannot be given (except in cases of prolonged illness). In the event of unforeseen reasons why a class cannot take place, it will either be made up or the weeks fees deducted from the following terms fee.
